Scheduled email reports
AdPilot can email one scheduled portfolio report to a workspace owner. Scheduled reports are recommendation-only: they read workspace data, summarize findings, and never change Apple Ads.
Solo and Studio workspaces can enable a report. Free workspaces can browse the choices but cannot enable delivery. Compare the current entitlements in Plans, pricing, and subscription limits.

Choose one report
Choose one of four weekly reports or the monthly profitability review. Selecting a different report replaces the active schedule; earlier reports remain in Report history.
| Report | Delivery |
|---|---|
| Weekly portfolio review | Your selected weekday |
| Search-term waste audit | Your selected weekday |
| Bid tuning review | Your selected weekday |
| Change evaluation follow-up | Your selected weekday |
| Monthly profitability review | First day of each month |
Set the delivery time in your workspace timezone. Weekly reports also use your selected weekday. Reports are always emailed to the workspace owner; the recipient and prompt are not configurable.
What a report can do
The scheduled agent can inspect connected Apple Ads and RevenueCat data, workspace strategy, limits, data-quality notes, skills guidance, and historical decisions. It sends findings and recommendations only. It cannot create campaigns, change bids, add negatives, pause keywords, roll back actions, or otherwise mutate Apple Ads.
Direct MCP operations are separate. When you ask an authorized AI client to make a specific change, normal plan permissions, limits, confirmation, and Changes audit rules apply.
Budget and history
Each workspace has a monthly report budget. If a scheduled occurrence cannot reserve budget, AdPilot records it as skipped and sends no AI request or email. The schedule stays enabled and attempts its next normal weekly or monthly occurrence after the monthly reset; it does not retry immediately at reset.
Report history retains structured reports, older Markdown reports, delivery status, AI usage and cost data, and any historical action references. Historical reports generated by the retired execute-mode feature are labelled and retain their Changes links for audit purposes.
Before enabling: checklist
- Connect Apple Ads and map campaigns so app-level analysis has reliable data.
- Set strategy targets and protected terms so recommendations use your guardrails.
- Connect RevenueCat before relying on profitability, ROAS, or payback analysis.
- Review the emailed recommendations before making changes through a separate direct workflow.
Worked example: weekly waste review
A Monday report can review the previous seven complete days, identify search terms with spend and weak conversion, exclude protected or ambiguous intent, and email candidates with evidence. It cannot add those negatives. To act, start a separate authorized MCP conversation, review the candidates, and explicitly request the selected changes.
How AdPilot uses automations
At the scheduled workspace time, AdPilot reserves report budget, loads the selected read-only workflow and current connected data, generates the report, and records delivery status and usage. Failed or skipped runs remain visible in history; no scheduled path receives Apple Ads mutation tools.
