AdPilot plans, pricing, and limits

AdPilot has three workspace plans: Free for evaluating one app on your own, Solo for an owner collaborating with one teammate, and Studio for teams of up to five members managing a larger portfolio. Solo is $29 per month or $290 per year; Studio is $99 per month or $990 per year. Apple Ads spend and any subscription for your connected AI client are separate.

New workspaces start on Free. Workspace owners can upgrade to Solo or Studio through Lemon Squeezy checkout and manage payment details, receipts, plan changes, and cancellation from Billing settings.

Choose Free when you are evaluating

Free is a functional analysis tier for one app, one authorized MCP client, and one workspace member: the owner. It includes 30 days of history and the complete built-in skill library. An assistant can use those skills to inspect connected Apple Ads and RevenueCat data, analyze performance, and recommend next steps.

Free does not include a teammate seat, direct Apple Ads operations, or scheduled email reports. Any mutation step in a built-in skill fails closed, so Free is suitable for validating the setup and answer quality before sharing a workspace or giving an assistant write access.

Choose Solo when you operate your own apps

Solo is the default paid recommendation for an indie developer or owner-operated app business. It includes two workspace members—the owner plus one invited teammate—the complete built-in skill library, three apps, three MCP clients, 180 days of history, direct operations, eligible rollback, and one scheduled weekly or monthly report.

Solo costs $29 per month or $290 per year. The annual option saves $58 compared with twelve monthly payments.

Choose Studio for a larger portfolio

Studio includes five workspace members—the owner plus up to four invited teammates—the complete built-in skill library, ten apps, ten MCP clients, 365 days of history, direct operations, scheduled reports, and priority synchronization. It is designed for small studios, growth teams, and agencies that need shared access and a full year of workspace history without enterprise sales calls.

Studio costs $99 per month or $990 per year. The annual option saves $198 compared with twelve monthly payments.

All three plans include every built-in skill automatically. Plans control capacity, history, direct operations, reports, and synchronization priority; they do not control skill discovery or require individual skill installation.

Share a workspace with teammates

The workspace owner counts as one member. Accepted members and active pending invitations use the remaining seats:

  • Free: owner only; teammate invitations are unavailable.
  • Solo: two members total; invite one teammate.
  • Studio: five members total; invite up to four teammates.

Solo and Studio include these seats in the flat workspace price. There is no additional per-seat charge within the plan limit. Owners and Admins send invitations from Settings → Members, where they can assign Viewer, Operator, or permitted Admin access. Pending invitations expire after seven days and reserve a seat until accepted, revoked, or expired.

Read Invite and manage workspace members for role permissions, invitation acceptance, seat management, and ownership transfer.

Understand what is billed separately

An AdPilot subscription does not include or replace:

  • Apple Ads media spend: Apple bills campaign spend directly through the advertiser’s Apple Ads account.
  • Your AI client: ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex, or another MCP host may require its own plan or usage payment.
  • Other connected providers: RevenueCat and other services keep their own commercial terms.
  • Taxes: Lemon Squeezy calculates applicable taxes at checkout.

AdPilot does not charge a percentage of Apple Ads spend. Solo and Studio are flat workspace subscriptions within the published entitlements.

Scheduled reports are different from interactive MCP conversations. A scheduled report uses AdPilot-hosted AI within a monthly internal budget. If the included report budget is exhausted or reserved for another run, the occurrence is recorded as skipped and the schedule tries again at its next normal occurrence.

Separate plan limits from spend limits

Subscription limits decide what the workspace includes:

  • maximum workspace members, apps, and MCP clients;
  • available history;
  • whether direct Apple Ads operations are enabled;
  • whether scheduled reports are available;
  • synchronization priority.

Workspace and app spend limits are customer-configured operational controls. They decide whether a proposed Apple Ads operation is allowed based on projected exposure. They do not measure subscription usage, change the subscription price, or edit Apple campaign budgets by themselves.

Read Direct operations, spend limits, and audit before enabling campaign writes.

What happens when a plan limit is reached

  • At the app limit, AdPilot blocks adding another app until capacity is available or the plan changes.
  • At the member limit, AdPilot blocks another invitation until a pending invitation is revoked, a member is removed, or the plan changes.
  • At the MCP-client limit, a new client cannot register until an old authorization is revoked or capacity increases.
  • A request outside the plan’s history window is rejected instead of returning a misleading partial result.
  • On Free, mutation tools fail closed because write entitlement is disabled.
  • Scheduled reports cannot be enabled on Free.

AdPilot does not silently remove accepted members, apps, clients, or history to make a request fit. Lemon Squeezy manages plan changes, payment recovery, cancellation, and renewal. Paid access remains available during payment retries and a cancelled subscription's paid-through period, then returns to Free when the subscription is no longer valid.

Worked examples

One app and read-only analysis

An indie developer with one app wants to ask for a 30-day Apple Ads review before trusting direct operations. Free is enough for that evaluation, provided one MCP client and 30 days of history are sufficient.

Two apps and campaign changes

An owner and one teammate operate two subscription apps and want an assistant to adjust bids, create negatives, and send a weekly report. Solo is the correct tier because it includes both members, more than one app, write entitlement, and scheduling.

Six apps and multiple authorized clients

A five-person studio manages six apps and uses separate MCP clients for team workflows. Studio is required because Solo stops at two members, three apps, and three clients. Studio also provides longer history and priority synchronization.

How AdPilot uses plan entitlements

AdPilot resolves the active workspace subscription on every protected operation. Server-side services enforce member, app, and MCP-client counts, history windows, write access, automations, and sync priority. An AI assistant cannot bypass those checks by changing its prompt.

Plan enforcement is separate from identity, Apple permissions, data quality, strategy rules, and spend controls. A paid plan enables a capability; it does not guarantee that every operation is valid or authorized.

Plan-selection checklist

  • Count the apps that need mapping and profitability context.
  • Count the owner, teammates, and active pending invitations that need workspace seats.
  • Count the MCP clients that should remain authorized at the same time.
  • Choose the history window required for seasonality and change evaluation.
  • Decide whether direct Apple Ads operations are required.
  • Decide whether a scheduled weekly or monthly report is required.
  • Keep Apple Ads spend and AI-client costs separate from the AdPilot subscription.
  • Review workspace and app spend limits before using paid write access.
  • Use monthly billing while validating fit; use annual billing when the workflow is established.
